evernorth holdings, the ripple-backed XRP treasury company, closed its SPAC merger on oct 9. the ticker XRPN is set to start trading on nasdaq on oct 12 after a delay from oct 8. at closing it held about 473 million XRP and about $300M in cash. the closing bell ceremony is planned for oct 14.
